Biomimicry
4/13: Outside observation - this must be completed by class on 4/20.
1. Find a tree where you can observe the whole tree. Use paper specified below. Sketch the tree and label the parts - trunk, branches, roots, leaves
Zoomies: Print out these 2 pages. (If you cannot print, use a plain piece of paper.) Use the "tree drawing" sheet to sketch the tree. Save the leaf rubbing sheet for class
Roomies: Use the "tree drawing" sheet provided in class
2. Collect a tree leaf to use for a rubbing that we will do in class. Put the leaf in a plastic bag and close it up to prevent it from drying out before class.
